Roles and Responsibilities :
  • support, maintain, monitor and drive the team of B2B sales and marketing executives to achieve the company sales goals, with outstanding customer services
  • manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
  • meet planned sales goals of the organization
  • setting individual sales targets with the sales team
  • track, prepare and maintain reports on the status of sales data
  • oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
  • coordinate with marketing and lead generation
  • provide training for sales consultants
  • develop sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
  • promote the organization, products and services
  • ensure after sales support appropriately
  • experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
